2-day-old baby boy,complicated by maternal use of amphetamines.HR 120,Bp 75/45 mmhgh.2/6 systolic ejection murmur.Echocardiography has demonstrated significant asymmetrical septal hypertrophy,mitral valve systolic antero motion(SAM).Mild to moderate left ventricular outflow tract obstruction.
